IMPORTANT:
Please note that if your application is successful, you will be required to attend the grant handover function to receive your grant. Grant cheques must also be deposited within four weeks of being received or they will be cancelled.

Grants must also be spent within three months and an acquittal report provided to the TCE within 11 months of completion of the project. This report can be emailed to TCE Secretary at secretary@torquaycommunityenterprise.org.au. If project is scheduled for later than 3 months please contact TCE.

An acquittal report template can be found on the TCE Ltd website. Your future grants application may not be considered if the acquittal report is not received in a timely manner.

• Within the Torquay area or provide services to the Torquay residents
• As outlined in this application and;

If this application is successful,

• our group agrees to submit an Acquittal Report for the project supported by TCE Grant; and
• our group will respond to reasonable requests made by TCE about the project and use of the funds within a reasonable time; and
• provide TCE with photographs of the result of using the funds, and invitations to attend events related to the project; and
• consent to TCE using images of the funding project and your organisation for promotional purposes, including publication in third party media; and
• acknowledge the funding is provided by TCE as supported by the Bendigo Bank including but not limited to social media acknowledgement, and acknowledgement at any public events held in relation to the project.
